Yes! We are open to the caterer of your choice, and can even recommend from among our list of local vendors. There is no additional cost for using your vendor of choice.
The Lyric cannot sell or distribute wine, beer or other alcohol, but hosts are allowed to serve whatever they wish, after signing the contract of service (which includes the assumption of liability for your guests). Some party hosts have even hired a bar service vendor.
Several event hosts have hired local musicians, who most often bring their own sound equipment. There is access to a green room behind the stage for entertainment personnel. The Lyric also allows access to sound and lighting equipment for live performers, provided a sound technician is hired by the musicians themselves.
No, you may use the photographer/videographer of your choice. We appreciate being tagged or mentioned in your most spectacular moments on social media.
No. For the comfort of all guests, smokers must exit the building and move away from all entry doors.
With the exception of service dogs (not including emotional support dogs), no pets are allowed on the premise.
No guests may bring firearms on premise other than privately hired security officers. No exceptions.
Of course children are allowed at our events! However, a designated adult must be in charge of all children under the age of 12 at all times. All unattended children will be given energy drinks and a free puppy!
