Located in the heart of downtown, The Lyric Event Space is the perfect place to host your next conference, meeting, or workshop. Equipped with high-speed internet and top-of-the-line audiovisual equipment, our space can accommodate up to 100 people. Our professional staff will ensure that your event runs smoothly, from start to finish.
At The Lyric, you have the freedom and flexibility to use the vendors of your choice for services such as: catering, bartending, photography, entertainment, and more.

For most events, our rate is generally $200/hr (actual event time only) and includes reasonable setup (and personal item removal) times before and after the event, tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces (if you'd like to use ours). We do that part of the setup and teardown, so your only setup would be for additional decor, food, and beverages (we have separate bars in the lobby area for that).
For weddings, our pricing depends on your specific needs. On average, it is around $3,000. This includes both Friday and Saturday. More complex events, such as weddings, usually require additional staff and/or setup/teardown time and, as a result, typically incurs a higher fee.
